Become a member of the GfSE

The easiest way to apply for a GfSE membership.

As a GfSE member, you are then also a member of INCOSE. Your INCOSE membership fee is included in the GfSE membership fee.

The membership year is the calendar year. If you join the association during a membership year, a pro rata amount will be charged.

If you wish to terminate your membership, this must be done in written form. Please use the resignation form. Please note that termination is only possible if the membership has existed for more than 9 months prior to the end of the membership year and that we cannot refund membership fees already paid. The termination of membership with INCOSE and GfSE is regulated differently. According to German association law, membership of GfSE ends either through voluntary resignation or exclusion from the association. The obligation to pay membership fees remains in force until then. The membership of INCOSE ends automatically if the membership fee for the following membership year is not paid.

Membership

Personal Membership

Personal and sponsored members (students, pensioners or retirees) can only be natural persons. GfSE supports full-time students as well as pensioners and retirees who were already GfSE or INCOSE members before they retired, with special conditions.

Corporative Membership

Unlike personal membership, the corporate membership is limited to the GfSE. As a member of the INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board (CAB), companies and institutions can also become directly involved with INCOSE.
